Order quary
Please contact us as soon as possible and mention your order number.
You can pay using creditcard, iDeal and Paypal. The checkout page will list these options. Unfortunately bank transfers are not possible.
Our products are hand-made, and can take a while to be printed and assembled. We will always keep you posted regarding your shipment via email. If you haven’t heard anything at all please get in touch.

Calendar
Yes, this frame is part of the calendar and is included in the price.
The frame is hand-made with (oak) wood.
At the back of the frame you will find a hanging system that helps you to easily hang it on the wall.
The calendar uses only very few words, which are in the English language: weeks, grams, cm.

We’re delighted to hear that. Of course you can always send us an email. Alternatively you can leave a review on our website. After buying one of our products you will be asked to do so via email. You can also use social media to compliment us on our products.

Shipments
You will be sent a track and trace code via email so you can trace your parcel.
Shipment under 25 euros costs 4,95. For any orders over 25 euros shipment is free.
Of course we’ll post your parcel as quickly as possible. This can take 2 to 4 working days.
We are very sorry to hear this. Your shipment might take longer than expected so please check your track and trace link first. If this link doesn’t clarify when the parcel is due or where it is, please contact PostNL as they are responsible for the delivery.
We will post your parcel as quickly as we can. Our shipment partner PostNL will take care of the rest. This usually takes 2 to 4 work days.
You will receive notice from PostNL that your parcel can either be collected at your neighbours’ or at the nearest pick up point.
We are currently only shipping within the Netherlands, but are looking into expanding internationally. Are you currently living outside the Netherlands, but would still like to order a calendar, please get in touch.
Of course it can! Please indicate at the check-out that the pregnancy is still a secret. We will then post your calendar without any branding. However, we are obliged to use a return address.
Return Policy
You can return the calendar if it doesn’t meet your expectations or if you’ve changed your mind. This is provided that you return it within 14 days and that only the packaging has been removed, and the calendar is unused. Please contact us for further details. The costs of return-shipping your product are at your own expense.
If your calendar is damaged at arrival, please contact us as quickly as possible.
We are very sorry to hear the pregnancy went differently than expected. Unfortunately, we cannot accept a used calendar for return.
As soon as the returned product arrives we will transfer your money back into the account the order was placed with.
